Con el objetivo de fortalecer la educación financiera y promover el conocimiento de los derechos de las personas consumidoras, CFT CENCO dio inicio el pasado 4 de junio a un nuevo ciclo de talleres online en alianza con el Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (SERNAC).
Esta iniciativa, abierta a la comunidad, busca entregar herramientas prácticas para ejercer los derechos financieros de manera informada, contribuyendo al bienestar y la autonomía económica de estudiantes, titulados, tituladas, colaboradores y colaboradoras, así como de la ciudadanía en general.
El primer taller, titulado “Derecho Financiero”, se realizó en modalidad online y fue presentado por Carolina Ramírez, Directora de Asuntos Estudiantiles y Trayectoria de CFT CENCO, quien valoró el espacio formativo como una contribución concreta al bienestar financiero de la comunidad educativa y social.
En la jornada participó Roxana Paillalef, profesional del SERNAC Metropolitano, con más de una década de experiencia en talleres educativos. La expositora abordó de manera clara y cercana los principales derechos financieros de las personas consumidoras, así como las vías para ejercerlos frente a instituciones crediticias y comerciales.
Durante el encuentro, también se entregó información sobre herramientas digitales y canales de contacto que el SERNAC pone a disposición de la ciudadanía para realizar consultas y reclamos en materia financiera.
Este ciclo de talleres se enmarca en la misión de CFT CENCO de promover el desarrollo integral de su comunidad, reconociendo que la educación financiera es un aspecto clave para tomar decisiones responsables, evitar el sobreendeudamiento y planificar con autonomía el futuro personal y familiar.
Próximamente se anunciarán nuevas fechas con temáticas relacionadas, que buscan seguir fortaleciendo la alfabetización financiera en estudiantes, titulados, tituladas, colaboradores, colaboradoras y el entorno comunitario.
