Con más de 60 personas conectadas desde distintas regiones del país, el jueves 19 de junio CFT Cenco dio inicio al ciclo de charlas del Programa de Apoyo y Educación Psicoemocional (PAEPSI), con la actividad virtual “Construye tu kit de autocuidado en salud mental”. La jornada fue organizada por la Dirección de Asuntos Estudiantiles y Trayectoria (DAET), en conjunto con el equipo de Vinculación con el Medio del Área de Salud.
La instancia formativa y gratuita convocó a estudiantes y titulados(as), destacando una amplia participación desde las regiones de La Araucanía, Metropolitana, O’Higgins y Valparaíso. Cerca del 30 % de las personas asistentes correspondió a egresados(as) de la institución, lo que refleja el interés de la comunidad educativa por fortalecer su bienestar psicoemocional.
La charla estuvo a cargo de la psicóloga Gabriela Perán, especialista en desarrollo organizacional, calidad de vida laboral y mindfulness, quien entregó herramientas prácticas para gestionar emociones, prevenir el desgaste personal y fomentar hábitos de autocuidado en contextos exigentes.
Durante su intervención inicial, Carolina Ramírez, Directora de Asuntos Estudiantiles y Trayectoria, resaltó la importancia de generar espacios de aprendizaje emocional que contribuyan al equilibrio entre la vida personal, académica y laboral, reafirmando el compromiso institucional con el desarrollo integral.
Las y los participantes valoraron positivamente la claridad de los contenidos, la calidad de la exposición y la aplicabilidad de los recursos entregados. Esta evaluación favorable refuerza la necesidad de seguir promoviendo espacios que integren el bienestar psicoemocional como parte fundamental del proceso formativo.
En un contexto donde la salud mental ocupa un lugar prioritario en la educación y el trabajo, esta actividad reafirma el compromiso de CFT Cenco con el acompañamiento a su comunidad educativa más allá del aula, fortaleciendo su enfoque integral y humano en cada etapa de la trayectoria formativa y profesional.
