En el marco de la autoevaluación institucional, CFT Cenco realizó durante junio nuevas jornadas de revisión de las debilidades y oportunidades de mejora así como los planes de acción asociados, impulsadas por el Comité de Autoevaluación Institucional (CAI) con la participación de los equipos directivos.
Las sesiones se desarrollaron en dos fechas clave. La primera jornada se llevó a cabo el miércoles 18 de junio, enfocándose en la Dimensión 2: Gestión Estratégica y Recursos Institucionales y en la Dimensión 3: Aseguramiento Interno de la Calidad. La segunda instancia, realizada el lunes 23 de junio, abordó la Dimensión 1: Docencia y Resultados del Proceso de Formación y la Dimensión 4: Vinculación con el Medio y Empleabilidad.
Durante ambas jornadas, los equipos responsables de cada dimensión trabajaron colaborativamente en la revisión de sus respectivos planes, evaluando las debilidades y oportunidades previamente identificadas en la síntesis evaluativa. Las propuestas fueron analizadas considerando su coherencia con los objetivos, metas y actividades, así como su pertinencia con los criterios establecidos por la Comisión Nacional de Acreditación (CNA).
Los planes revisados compartieron una estructura común: criterio, debilidad u oportunidad de mejora, objetivo, acciones propuestas, indicadores, metas, responsables y recursos asociados. Esta organización permitió asegurar la trazabilidad de cada acción y su alineación con los lineamientos institucionales.
Las jornadas contaron con la participación activa de integrantes del CAI, junto a directoras y directores vinculados a los criterios evaluados. Cada equipo expuso y fundamentó sus propuestas, fortaleciendo el análisis técnico y crítico de los desafíos institucionales.
Este proceso colaborativo permitió enriquecer los planes revisados, fortaleciendo su viabilidad técnica y su contribución al logro de los objetivos estratégicos de CFT Cenco. De esta forma, la institución reafirma su compromiso con una gestión educativa de calidad, participativa y orientada a la mejora permanente de sus procesos formativos y de gestión.
