Con el objetivo de fortalecer y empoderar a las comunidades, se desarrolló el taller “Empoderamiento Comunitario: Transición de grupos a organizaciones sociales formales”, organizado por el Área Social de CFT CENCO en el marco del proyecto de Vinculación con el Medio Suma Social.
Durante la actividad, se extendió la invitación al curso gratuito “Diseño y postulación de proyectos sociales”, dirigido a líderes, dirigentas y dirigentes sociales interesados(as) en fortalecer sus capacidades para formular proyectos y acceder a fondos públicos y privados. El curso será 100% en línea, tendrá una duración de cuatro semanas y contará con acceso flexible a materiales formativos, evaluaciones y certificado de participación.
La jornada fue guiada por la docente Valentina Sanhueza, quien abordó contenidos sobre la conformación de organizaciones sociales, incluyendo temas como estatutos, transparencia y financiamiento. Las personas asistentes compartieron sus experiencias en procesos de formalización organizacional y expresaron su interés por continuar aprendiendo en esta línea.
Un componente relevante del encuentro fue la participación de diversas organizaciones sociales: Juntas de Vecinos, Comités de Vivienda y Adelanto, Agrupaciones y Fundaciones, Clubes Deportivos y Culturales, Municipalidades, Servicios Públicos, Instituciones Educativas y de Apoyo Técnico, así como también grupos en formación, dirigentes independientes, trabajadoras(es) sociales y personas con interés en organizarse.
“Fue muy necesario e interesante, aclaró muchas dudas sobre cómo constituir una organización y postular a fondos públicos”, comentó una de las participantes al finalizar la actividad.
La jornada concluyó con un llamado a seguir fortaleciendo espacios de reflexión y acción conjunta entre organizaciones sociales, promoviendo el empoderamiento comunitario y la participación activa en los espacios públicos.
