En el marco del curso “Diversidad e Inclusión”, impulsado por la Dirección de Equidad de Género e Inclusión (DEGI), se desarrolló un conversatorio participativo dirigido exclusivamente a docentes de CFT CENCO, con el objetivo de fortalecer una cultura educativa más consciente, respetuosa y equitativa en el aula y en la comunidad formativa.
La jornada fue facilitada por Daniela Barrera Mauro, fonoaudióloga, Magíster en Innovación Social para la Inclusión y Diplomada en Diversidad e Inclusión, quien cuenta con amplia experiencia en contextos educativos con enfoque inclusivo, diverso y multidisciplinario. Mediante una metodología participativa, la relatora invitó a los(as) docentes a reflexionar sobre su rol en la promoción de entornos inclusivos, desde el lenguaje que utilizan hasta las prácticas pedagógicas cotidianas.
Durante el encuentro se generaron espacios de diálogo en torno al respeto por las diferencias, el uso del lenguaje inclusivo y la importancia de incorporar la empatía en el quehacer docente. “En educación, inclusión significa que todas las personas puedan aprender juntas, con los apoyos necesarios, promoviendo la diversidad y el respeto”, fue una de las ideas destacadas en la jornada.
El conversatorio permitió a los(as) docentes compartir experiencias y enfoques pedagógicos en torno a la inclusión, valorando el espacio como una oportunidad para seguir fortaleciendo sus competencias y reafirmar su compromiso con una educación técnica profesional que acoge la diversidad.
Esta actividad refuerza el compromiso institucional de CFT CENCO con el desarrollo de entornos educativos más inclusivos, diversos y respetuosos.
