CFT Cenco renovó su convenio institucional, reforzando el compromiso con la inclusión, la calidad académica y la proyección de nuevos espacios de desarrollo. Este avance no se ha hecho solo, sino en colaboración con organismos externos como el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social.
Durante la ceremonia, encabezada por el rector Luis Horacio Rojas, junto a la vicerrectora académica Mileivy Labrador y la directora de Asuntos Estudiantiles Carolina Ramírez, se subrayó la relevancia de esta alianza estratégica. Se iniciaron conversaciones con el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social para impulsar mejoras en infraestructura que beneficien directamente a estudiantes, titulados(as), docentes y colaboradores(as).
En el encuentro se destacó también el modelo de acompañamiento docente de CFT Cenco, que combina capacitación, observación de clases y retroalimentación constante, transformando la práctica pedagógica en los últimos años. Asimismo, se valoró el trabajo de los equipos de Vinculación con el Medio, Prevención de Riesgos, Calidad y Comunicación, quienes han hecho posible sostener procesos de crecimiento y consolidar la inclusión en la vida académica.
Un ejemplo de este compromiso es la incorporación de intérpretes y apoyos específicos para estudiantes con necesidades particulares, lo que ha fortalecido un entorno educativo más diverso y participativo.
El rector recordó que la educación técnico-profesional en Chile enfrenta el desafío de la concentración de la oferta en pocas instituciones, por lo que diferenciarse con innovación y colaboración es fundamental. En esa línea, reafirmó el compromiso de ampliar alternativas de continuidad de estudios en áreas como Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Internacional, Logística y Agricultura.
Finalmente, se invitó a toda la comunidad educativa a ser parte activa de este proceso de transformación, que busca consolidar una formación inclusiva, pertinente y con un fuerte vínculo con el entorno.
