En el marco de una jornada formativa realizada el 9 de septiembre, colaboradores y colaboradoras de distintas áreas participaron en el encuentro “Conciliación de la vida laboral, personal y familiar en el trabajo virtual”, instancia que tuvo como objetivo fortalecer el autocuidado y generar estrategias que permitan equilibrar los distintos roles que se desarrollan en el día a día.
La relatora Claudia Escudero destacó que la conciliación comienza con reconocer que el bienestar personal es la base para sostener lo laboral y familiar: “la primera persona más importante eres tú, porque si no estás bien, el resto tampoco lo estará”. En este sentido, se invitó a las y los asistentes a diseñar un plan de acción personal, adaptado a sus realidades y estilos de vida.
La jornada combinó reflexiones y ejercicios prácticos de conexión con el cuerpo, junto con espacios de conversación que permitieron compartir experiencias sobre los desafíos del teletrabajo. Entre los relatos se mencionó la necesidad de reorganizar rutinas domésticas para evitar la sobrecarga, así como la importancia de establecer prioridades y dar espacio a las pausas para cuidar la salud física y mental.
También se abordó cómo el teletrabajo ha incrementado las exigencias en el hogar, especialmente para mujeres, debido a factores culturales que concentran en ellas gran parte de las responsabilidades familiares. Frente a ello, se enfatizó que la planificación y la corresponsabilidad son fundamentales para distribuir tareas y generar un entorno más equilibrado.
La sesión concluyó con un llamado a fortalecer la colaboración familiar, la planificación de tiempos y el autocuidado diario, como elementos esenciales para enfrentar los retos que impone el teletrabajo en la actualidad.
