El pasado miércoles 28 de mayo, CFT CENCO llevó a cabo la primera capacitación sincrónica del Plan de Perfeccionamiento Docente 2025, con la participación activa del cuerpo académico de la institución. La jornada, dirigida por el relator José Luis Paillapi, abordó el tema “La inteligencia artificial como herramienta para fortalecer el proceso formativo del cuerpo estudiantil”.
Más que una instancia técnica, esta jornada fue un espacio de reflexión colectiva en torno al uso pedagógico de la tecnología, con especial foco en el potencial de la inteligencia artificial para apoyar los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. A través de experiencias prácticas, ejemplos concretos y diálogo abierto, se analizaron estrategias para integrar estas herramientas al quehacer docente, con el objetivo de potenciar el desarrollo integral del estudiantado.
Durante la actividad, se destacó el interés, la participación y el compromiso del equipo docente, quienes no solo adquirieron nuevos conocimientos, sino que también compartieron inquietudes y propuestas orientadas a una educación más actual, pertinente y transformadora.
Esta jornada marca el inicio de un ciclo de perfeccionamiento docente que busca fortalecer la innovación pedagógica, fomentar la colaboración entre colegas y promover una formación de calidad, conectada con los desafíos contemporáneos.
