En el marco de la Ley 21.643, integrantes de la Unidad de Investigación de CFT CENCO participaron en la capacitación “Investigación sobre violencia, acoso laboral y sexual”, instancia realizada por la Mutual de Seguridad durante los meses de agosto y septiembre.
La actividad se desarrolló en dos modalidades: streaming, mediante una clase online de 4 horas de duración, y asincrónica, a través de la plataforma virtual dispuesta para estos efectos, lo que permitió que cada participante eligiera la alternativa que mejor se ajustaba a sus tiempos y responsabilidades laborales.
Fueron parte de esta instancia de formación las directoras:
- Vania Nova, Directora de Aseguramiento de la Calidad y Análisis Institucional.
- Carolina Ramírez, Directora de Asuntos Estudiantiles y Trayectoria.
- Cindy Peñailillo, Directora de Docencia.
El objetivo de la capacitación fue entregar herramientas actualizadas al equipo para la adecuada investigación de denuncias de violencia, acoso laboral y sexual, asegurando procesos con rigor, imparcialidad, perspectiva de género y resguardo de derechos.
Con esta iniciativa, CFT CENCO reafirma su compromiso institucional con la creación de espacios seguros y con el fortalecimiento de la gestión en la prevención y abordaje de situaciones de violencia y acoso en el ámbito laboral y educativo.
