En el marco de su compromiso con la formación integral y el fortalecimiento de habilidades para la vida, CFT CENCO reafirmó su alianza colaborativa con la International Association of Coaching (IAC) Chapter Chile, organismo global que certifica la excelencia y la ética en la práctica profesional del coaching, y cuyo Capítulo en Chile promueve, por medio de sus programas de voluntariados y vinculación con el medio, espacios de acompañamiento y transformación personal orientados al liderazgo, la conciencia y el crecimiento. y apoyan procesos de transformación personal y profesional orientados al liderazgo, la conciencia y el crecimiento.
Desde el año 2021, esta alianza ha permitido consolidar un trabajo sostenido y colaborativo en línea con los principios de la Política de Vida Estudiantil y la Política de Seguimiento de Titulados(as) y Empleabilidad, las cuales orientan el desarrollo de acciones formativas destinadas a fortalecer tanto las competencias técnicas como las habilidades transversales y socioemocionales de la comunidad CENCO.
En el marco del eje de Apoyo a la Empleabilidad de CFT CENCO, se ha impulsado de manera sostenida el desarrollo de habilidades transversales en los y las participantes. A través de la Asociación Colaborativa IAC–CFT CENCO, esta iniciativa se ha implementado de forma continua durante cinco años, consolidándose como un espacio de crecimiento personal y profesional que invita a los participantes a explorar su propio ser, reconocer sus fortalezas, identificar oportunidades de mejora y proyectar metas significativas. Cada año, coaches certificados y especialistas en metodologías de acompañamiento asumen el rol de facilitadores, guiando talleres sincrónicos desarrollados a través de la plataforma Zoom, orientados a promover la reflexión, la autogestión y el fortalecimiento de competencias clave para la empleabilidad.
Entre los años 2021 y 2024, esta colaboración ha dado lugar a más de 31 talleres y ha convocado a más de 1.500 estudiantes y titulados(as), reflejando un interés creciente por este tipo de experiencias transformadoras. No es menor destacar que numerosos participantes han tomado parte en más de una instancia formativa, lo que evidencia la valoración y continuidad que el programa ha alcanzado en la comunidad.
Para CFT CENCO, la empleabilidad se concibe como un proceso integral, dinámico y en constante evolución, que va más allá de la mera adquisición de competencias técnicas. En este marco, el fortalecimiento de habilidades transversales y socioemocionales se ha consolidado como un eje estratégico que impulsa la inserción laboral pertinente, el desarrollo profesional continuo y el sentido de comunidad entre titulados(as) y estudiantes.
