Con una alta convocatoria y un compromiso institucional sostenido, CFT CENCO dio inicio este 28 de julio a una nueva iniciativa del Proyecto Gestión Intercultural, de Vinculación con el Medio del Área de Formación de Administración que busca fortalecer la formación en enfoque intercultural para una gestión pública más respetuosa, inclusiva y pertinente.
El curso asincrónico y certificado “El enfoque intercultural en la gestión pública” marca el comienzo de esta nueva etapa. Está dirigido a estudiantes y personas tituladas de nuestra institución de la carrera de Administración Pública y otras relacionadas con la gestión pública, y contará con la participación de 81 personas, quienes durante agosto profundizarán en herramientas que promueven el respeto, la equidad y la valoración de la diversidad en el ejercicio profesional y ciudadano.
Este proyecto, que se implementa por segundo año consecutivo, representa una apuesta concreta de CFT CENCO por vincular la formación técnica con las transformaciones sociales del país. En 2024, se ejecutaron talleres y cursos que impactaron al proceso formativo de la comunidad estudiantil como en el funcionariado público. Se destaca la participación de estudiantes y docentes, quienes a partir de trabajos colaborativos de actividades curriculares de la carrera Técnico de Nivel Superior en Administración Pública, han aportado en el diseño y perfeccionamiento de este proyecto. En su versión 2025, el programa contempla un curso y un taller para estudiantes y titulados(as), además de un taller exclusivo para funcionarios(as) públicos, consolidando un modelo formativo que dialoga activamente con los desafíos actuales de la gestión pública.
A través de este proyecto, CFT CENCO reafirma su compromiso con una educación técnica conectada con la realidad del país, fortaleciendo el rol transformador de sus estudiantes y egresados(as) y contribuyendo al desarrollo de servicios públicos más justos, inclusivos y coherentes con los principios de interculturalidad.
