En el marco del Mes de la Educación Técnico Profesional, CFT CENCO dio inicio al proyecto “Programa de Apoyo a la Formulación de los Planes Estratégico y Operativo de ITT+e”, una iniciativa financiada por CORFO y administrada por CODESSER, que se enmarca en la Fase IV del Programa IP-CFT 2030. Con un cofinanciamiento cercano al 90%, el proyecto se ejecutará entre agosto y noviembre de 2025, con el objetivo de posicionar la innovación, la transferencia tecnológica y el emprendimiento como ejes estratégicos del desarrollo institucional.
Con la participación del Rector, la Presidenta del Directorio, Vicerrectorías, Direcciones, jefaturas académicas y administrativas, representantes del Comité de Innovación y el equipo multidisciplinario a cargo de su implementación, se llevó a cabo la reunión de lanzamiento del proyecto, que busca fortalecer la calidad formativa, la vinculación con el entorno productivo y las capacidades internas de la institución.
Durante el encuentro, se presentó la hoja de ruta del proyecto, que considera la elaboración participativa del Plan Estratégico Institucional (PEI), la actualización de un Plan Operativo Anual orientado al desarrollo de ITT+e y una estrategia de validación y socialización con múltiples actores. El enfoque metodológico destaca por su carácter participativo, el diagnóstico de brechas institucionales y la articulación con agentes clave, tanto internos como externos.
La Vicerrectoría de Vinculación con el Medio y Comunicaciones —unidad responsable de la dirección técnica del proyecto— enfatizó la importancia del compromiso institucional para avanzar hacia un modelo educativo más innovador, conectado con el entorno productivo y centrado en el desarrollo de competencias transformadoras para estudiantes.
“Construir el PEI ITT+e es mucho más que planificar el futuro: es atrevernos a transformarlo juntos, con visión, propósito y convicción, poniendo en el centro a nuestros(as) estudiantes”, fue el llamado con que se cerró la jornada.
Con esta iniciativa, CFT CENCO reafirma su compromiso con una formación técnico profesional pertinente, flexible y con capacidad de respuesta ante los desafíos del futuro.
