El Ministerio del Trabajo y Previsión Social otorgó oficialmente el Sello 40 Horas a CFT CENCO, certificación que reconoce a las instituciones y empresas que implementan, de forma anticipada y voluntaria, una jornada laboral semanal reducida de entre 30 y 40 horas.
Aunque este reconocimiento se formalizó en agosto de 2025, CFT CENCO implementó desde enero de 2024 una jornada ordinaria de 40 horas semanales para todas sus trabajadoras y trabajadores, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida laboral y favorecer la conciliación con la vida personal y familiar.
“Este reconocimiento no solo nos llena de orgullo como institución, sino que también formaliza un camino que hemos recorrido desde hace tiempo para que nuestras colaboradoras y colaboradores puedan compatibilizar mejor sus distintas facetas de vida, fomentando un equilibrio real entre lo laboral, lo personal y lo familiar”, Tania Gutiérrez, Directora de Gestión y Desarrollo de Personas.
La certificación, regulada por la Resolución Exenta N°893 de 2023 del Ministerio del Trabajo y Previsión Social, se otorga a las organizaciones que cumplen de manera voluntaria con la reducción de jornada, adelantándose a la aplicación plena de la Ley N°21.561 que establece la disminución gradual de las horas laborales en Chile.
Este sello tendrá vigencia por un año y autoriza a CFT CENCO a utilizar su imagen oficial en medios y plataformas institucionales, reafirmando su compromiso con el trabajo decente, la equidad y el bienestar de toda su comunidad laboral.
