En el marco de la línea estratégica Fortalecimiento de Habilidades Transversales de la Política de Seguimiento de Titulados(as) y Empleabilidad, CFT CENCO realizó el pasado sábado el séptimo taller del ciclo de coaching 2025, en alianza con la International Association of Coaching (IAC). Esta iniciativa busca potenciar competencias clave para el desempeño en diversos contextos laborales, entregando herramientas que favorecen la proyección profesional y el desarrollo de las competencias del siglo XXI.
Estas acciones se desarrollan en el contexto de la Comunidad en Línea de Titulados(as), espacio institucional que articula actividades permanentes de apoyo a la empleabilidad, formación continua y vinculación profesional. Desde 2021, la colaboración con la IAC ha permitido implementar, por quinto año consecutivo, un ciclo de talleres mensuales que refuerzan el compromiso institucional con la formación integral, la movilidad social y trayectorias laborales sostenibles.
En esta ocasión, el taller se centró en la gestión del estrés, abordando la diferencia entre eustrés (positivo) y distrés (crónico y perjudicial). Las y los participantes reflexionaron sobre cómo las presiones laborales, familiares y personales pueden generar estados prolongados de alerta con impacto en la salud física y emocional. El relator presentó estrategias para enfrentar estas situaciones, como técnicas de priorización, desconexión emocional y activación de recursos internos, entre ellas asociar recuerdos positivos a gestos o elementos cotidianos para recuperar el control en momentos de tensión.
La sesión concluyó con un llamado a focalizar la energía en aquello que es posible transformar y a resguardar el bienestar personal y profesional.
