El Centro de Formación Técnica CENCO, a través de su área de Educación Continua, alcanzó un nuevo hito institucional: la recertificación por tres años de la Norma Chilena 2728:2015, luego de un proceso de auditoría externa realizado por la casa certificadora INCOTEC.
Este logro refuerza el compromiso de CENCO con la excelencia y la mejora continua en la formación de personas y organizaciones, consolidando su posición como referente en capacitación a nivel nacional.
La Norma NCh 2728 establece un marco regulatorio que asegura que los organismos técnicos de capacitación desarrollen sus programas bajo altos estándares de calidad, alineados con las exigencias del Servicio Nacional de Capacitación y Empleo (SENCE).
Desde Educación Continua de CENCO destacan que esta certificación “abre la posibilidad de que nuestros cursos sean reconocidos oficialmente por SENCE, facilitando a las empresas acceder a la franquicia tributaria para capacitar a sus trabajadores(as). Además, asegura que cada programa esté respaldado por un sistema de gestión sólido y confiable”.
Un proceso con desafíos y aprendizajes
El proceso de recertificación con INCOTEC implicó importantes retos, como el diseño de nuevos cursos en áreas emergentes y la incorporación de docentes altamente especializados(as). Esto permitió ampliar la oferta formativa y demostrar que la capacitación no se limita a oficios tradicionales, sino que es un eje clave en el desarrollo de trayectorias laborales y en la vinculación con el entorno productivo.
