Como parte del proyecto de Vinculación con el Medio “Prevención de riesgos en el hogar”, impulsado por el Área de Industria de CFT CENCO, se realizó el pasado martes 7 de octubre la capacitación “Prevención de riesgo en el hogar”.
El objetivo de esta actividad fue fortalecer la formación de estudiantes y titulados(as), promoviendo al mismo tiempo la transferencia de conocimiento hacia la comunidad, en línea con el compromiso institucional de CFT CENCO con la seguridad y el bienestar del entorno.
La jornada contó con la participación de Carabineros de Chile, del programa “Tu Puente” de la Municipalidad de Puente Alto y del Liceo San Roque, quienes colaboraron activamente en la difusión y convocatoria de sus comunidades, beneficiándose de esta instancia formativa que buscó entregar herramientas prácticas para actuar frente a emergencias domésticas.Asimismo, se destaca la participación de estudiantes, titulados(as) y docentes de la carrera Técnico de Nivel Superior en Prevención de Riesgos.
Durante la actividad se trataron conceptos esenciales como peligro y riesgo, los principales riesgos presentes en el hogar y cómo identificarlos, así como medidas preventivas en áreas de mayor exposición como cocina y baño. Además, se trataron aspectos relacionados con maniobras eléctricas domésticas y la forma de reconocer e intervenir ante posibles situaciones de peligro, dando respuesta al diagnóstico realizado con anterioridad.
La exposición principal estuvo a cargo de Jorge Sánchez, docente del Área de Industria de CFT CENCO, Ingeniero Industrial de la Universidad Arturo Prat de Iquique, experto en prevención de riesgos, con diplomado en Recursos Humanos y Desarrollo Organizacional y magíster en Gestión y Control. También participaron Lorena González, directora de Vinculación con el Medio e Innovación, y Edison Garrillo, docente del Área de Industria.
“Esta iniciativa tiene un doble impacto: por un lado, fortalecemos las capacidades de nuestra comunidad educativa, aportando a su formación integral; y por otro, extendemos este conocimiento hacia el entorno, en un esfuerzo concreto por contribuir al bienestar de las familias y comunidades cercanas. La prevención comienza con la educación, y esta es una forma real de generar cambios positivos desde nuestra institución”, señaló Lorena González, directora de Vinculación con el Medio e Innovación.
Este taller representa un aporte concreto al fortalecimiento de la cultura preventiva en el hogar y al desarrollo formativo de los futuros técnicos en Prevención de Riesgos, alineado con los objetivos del proyecto de Vinculación con el Medio del Área de Industria. Desde CFT CENCO se espera continuar desarrollando instancias similares que promuevan la participación activa de la comunidad educativa y de actores territoriales en torno a la seguridad y el autocuidado.
